GBC Continuing Education is offering a wide variety of exciting summer camps and workshops for all ages, featuring activities like robotics, ceramics, costumes, theater and more. GBC CE has partnered with Nevada Robotics, StarLight Productions Musical Theater, The California Trail Center, and their own Art/Jewelry/Glass and Ceramics Studios; there truly is something for everyone. We are THRILLED to announce that Mrs. Tamera Gowans, our music teacher, has been selected as Mountain View Elementary's Teacher of the Year for 2024-2025!
Mrs. Gowans is an incredible asset to MVE! She not only grows a love of music in all of our students, but she has started a successful greenhouse program that has given students and staff alike the opportunity to learn about and cultivate plants and food.
Mrs. Gowans's genuine positivity and helpful attitude has made an indelible impact on all of the MVE community.
